PUNX PASSPORT // THE CASTING ROOM
Official rules
Last updated [DATE]
Plain-language terms used on the site and in Discord: "Signal Call" means this Contest; "send your signal" or "file" means an entry; "Reading Panel" means the judges; "Recalled" means a finalist; "Founding File" means the Grand Prize winner; "The Restoration" means the Grand Prize shoot. These names do not change anything in these rules.
1. Sponsor
The Casting Room (the "Contest") is sponsored by [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], doing business as PUNX ARMY, [SPONSOR MAILING ADDRESS] ("Sponsor"). Questions: booking@punxarmy.com.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, TikTok or Discord. By entering, you release those platforms from any and all liability related to the Contest.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and judges of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The Contest begins at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (ET) on October 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on November 11, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible.
4. How to enter
- Create one fashion entry: either one vertical video 10–20 seconds long, or one carousel of 3–5 photos.
- Post it publicly on Instagram or TikTok, tagging @punxarmy, including #PUNXContest and the words "contest entry" in the caption.
- Complete the entry form at punxarmy.com/casting during the Entry Period, including the link to the post and one line describing your look ("What you wore instead"). Two further story lines and choosing a role from the PUNX initiation ("Entering as") are optional.
If you cannot use the entry form because of a disability or for any other reason, you may enter by emailing your handle, post link, look title and one line describing your look to booking@punxarmy.com during the Entry Period. Email entries are judged exactly like form entries.
Limit: two (2) entries per person, each a different post. Entries that are incomplete, private, deleted, or edited to remove the required tags before the winner is announced may be disqualified. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
5. Entry requirements
- The entry must be your original work, or made with collaborators who agreed to it, and must not infringe anyone's rights.
- Everyone who appears in the entry must be 18 or older and must have agreed to appear.
- Audio must be original, from Sponsor's approved YESOP audio list, or otherwise cleared for this use.
- No nudity or sexual content, hate, harassment, violence, illegal activity, or third-party logos used in a misleading way.
- If you credit a collaborator ("Crew Credit"), they must know and agree to be named.
Sponsor may disqualify any entry that does not meet these rules, in its reasonable discretion.
6. Judging
A panel of three (3) judges (the "Reading Panel"), made up of a Sponsor editorial lead and two independent fashion creatives, will score every eligible entry on these criteria:
| Criterion | Weight |
|---|---|
| Personal point of view | 35% |
| Styling and visual direction | 25% |
| Presence: how the look is carried | 20% |
| Story behind the look (including the story lines on the entry form) | 15% |
| Execution | 5% |
Each judge scores each criterion from 1 to 5, weighted as above, and an entry's score is the average of the judges' scores. A judge with a personal or professional connection to an entrant does not score that entry, and the remaining judges' scores are averaged. The five highest-scoring entries are finalists ("Recalled"). The winner (the "Founding File") is the finalist with the highest score. Ties are broken by the higher "personal point of view" score, then by a vote of the panel.
Not considered in judging: follower count, likes, views, comments, shares, purchases of any kind, the role chosen under "Entering as", Crew Credits, Guest Passes, Passport stamps, Discord activity or reactions, or any other measure of popularity or engagement.
Judging takes place on or about November 12, 2026. Finalists will be announced on or about November 13, 2026, and the winner on or about November 14, 2026. Judges' decisions are final.
7. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize ("The Restoration"), made up of:
- The Shoot: a paid PUNX editorial photo and video shoot built around the winner's look (up to 4 hours, one location, within 50 miles of the winner's home or at a location chosen by Sponsor), delivered as 10–15 edited photographs and one vertical video of 20–30 seconds within 21 days of the shoot.
- Canon: a permanent exhibit of the winner's entry and selected shoot images inside the PUNX initiation on punxarmy.com, published within 60 days after the shoot images are delivered and kept online for as long as Sponsor operates punxarmy.com (Sponsor may update its design); and an official written story about the winner (a "Transmission") published in Sponsor's Discord server.
- The Character: a stylized 3D character based on the winner's look, created by Sponsor and shown in at least one PUNX visual (such as a chapter of the PUNX initiation, a campaign film or a campaign image) within six (6) months after the shoot. The character reflects the winner's clothing and styling; it will show the winner's face or a likeness of it only if the winner agrees in writing.
- The Founding File: a numbered PUNX Passport Founding File (No. 001); a copy of Tape 001 if and when it is released; and a feature on PUNX social channels, Discord and punxarmy.com.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: [$ ARV]. Canon and The Character are creative works owned by Sponsor that feature the winner; they have no separate cash value. The winner may decline either of them, or ask for the exhibit or the character to be removed later, without losing the rest of the prize. Using the winner's name, entry, look and images for Canon and The Character requires the winner's written consent, given in the shoot agreement.
[Add ONLY if the money is set aside before these rules go live: "The Grand Prize also includes a cash creative stipend of $___."]
The shoot must be scheduled within 60 days of the winner announcement. Travel beyond the radius above is not included unless Sponsor arranges it. The prize is not transferable and no cash substitute is offered, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any taxes, and may be required to provide a W-9 if required by law.
8. Winner notification
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message on the platform used to enter and by any email provided, on or about November 13, 2026, and must respond within 72 hours. The potential winner must confirm eligibility and sign a declaration of eligibility and release, and a shoot agreement, before being confirmed. If a potential winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or does not respond in time, Sponsor may select the next-highest-scoring finalist.
9. Your rights in your entry
You keep ownership of your entry. By entering, you grant Sponsor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, display and share your entry, with credit to you and your credited collaborators, on Sponsor's social media accounts, Discord server and punxarmy.com, during the Contest and for twelve (12) months afterward. Any other use (including paid advertising, print, merchandise, the physical Passport, or a campaign film) requires your separate written permission, and the permission of everyone shown. Sponsor will remove a repost within 72 hours of your request to booking@punxarmy.com.
10. Community features and the Passport
Roles chosen under "Entering as", Crew Credits, Guest Passes, Passport stamps and cast numbers, weekly editorial features, the weekly roll call, Studio Calls, sparks, crew calls and Discord roles are community recognition only. They are not prizes, do not add entries, and are not considered in judging. The free digital PUNX Passport is available to everyone. Any physical PUNX Passport offered for sale is an optional collectible: it is not required for entry, does not affect judging or winning, and will not go on sale until after judging has finished.
11. Privacy
Sponsor collects the information on the entry form (your handle, post link, city, role, look details and any Crew Credit) only to run the Contest, contact finalists and the winner, and credit you. Sponsor stores a one-way hash of your connection address to prevent spam (cleared after 30 days), deletes entry data about a year after the winner is announced except as the law requires, and does not sell your information. Details: punxarmy.com/privacy.
12. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the judges. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, enters more than allowed, or acts in a harassing or abusive way toward other entrants. If the Contest cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend or end it and judge eligible entries received up to that point. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, the judges and the platforms named above from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from the Contest or the prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE].
13. Winner's name
For the winner's name, available after November 14, 2026, email booking@punxarmy.com with the subject "Casting Room winner" before December 31, 2026.
