ARCHIVE 001 // HOW WE TREAT EACH OTHER
Terms
Last updated October 19, 2026
PUNX ARMY is a world we are building with everyone who shows up. These terms keep it fair for all of us: what you can do with the work, what stays yours, and how the room runs.
The short version
- Enjoy the work and share it with credit. Don't sell it or pass it off as yours.
- What you make stays yours. You give us only the limited permission described here and in the contest rules.
- Be generous with each other. No harassment, no comments on bodies, no spam, nothing involving minors in collabs.
- The Archivist is an AI. It's fun and often useful, and sometimes wrong.
- The contest has its own official rules, and they win if anything here disagrees.

1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME] ("PUNX", "we", "us"), which runs PUNX ARMY. They cover punxarmy.com, the email list, the Casting Room and the PUNX ARMY Discord server and its bot. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
2. Who can take part
Anyone can visit the site. To join the Discord server you must meet Discord's minimum age (13 in the US). The Casting Room contest and every collaboration channel are for adults 18 and older, and the contest is limited to US residents as the official rules say. Everyone else is still welcome in the room: talk fashion, share references, answer the Studio Calls, listen in on the Stage.
3. The work is YESOP's and ours
The film, the characters, the music, the lore, the Archivist, the PUNX ARMY name and marks, and the design of this site belong to YESOP and PUNX, or to the people who licensed them to us. You may watch, listen, share links, and post your Archive File card or screenshots on social media for personal, non-commercial use, with credit to @yesop_ or @punxarmy. You may not sell, re-upload the music or film, use the marks for your own products, or train AI models on the work, without our written permission.
4. What you make stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you create and share with us: entries, casting files, references, messages and photos. When you post something in the Discord server, you let us display it inside the server, and pin, feature or credit it there. Contest entries come with the limited reposting license in the official rules. Any other use, such as advertising, print, merchandise or a campaign film, needs your separate written permission and the permission of everyone shown. Ask us to take down a repost and we will, within 72 hours.
Only share what you have the right to share. Credit your sources and your crew. Don't post images of other people without their permission.
5. Room rules
The archive is for everyone who loves clothes and the people who make them, at every budget, size, age, gender, background and level of experience. So:
- Talk about the work, never the body. Comments on anyone's body, face, gender, age, race, religion, disability or budget are removed.
- No harassment, hate, threats or bullying, in public channels or in DMs that start here.
- No sexual content, and nothing sexual involving anyone under 18. Ever. No nude or lingerie requests in collab channels.
- No spam, scams, fake engagement, follow-for-follow, vote trading or advertising other servers without permission.
- Credit what isn't yours. No scraped or uncredited images of real people.
- Don't try to break things: no attempts to get around moderation, the bot's limits or the contest's rules.
Moderators may remove content, take away roles, or remove anyone from the server who breaks these rules. Report anything that feels off to a moderator, or email us.
6. Collabs, trades and meeting up
The looking-for channels, crew calls and #the-exchange are for members to find each other. We don't vet members and can't vouch for anyone. Meet in public places or bring a friend, agree pay or credit in writing before a shoot, only work with adults, and use payment methods with buyer protection for trades. Arrangements between members are between those members, and PUNX is not responsible for them.
7. The Archivist is an AI
The Archivist is an AI character run by PUNX, not a person. Its answers are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical or mental-health advice. It cannot authenticate garments or promise prices, and it never judges the contest. Don't share private or sensitive information with it. If you are ever in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, contact 988 in the US or your local emergency number. How your messages to it are handled is explained in the privacy policy.
8. The contest and community features
The Casting Room is governed by its official rules. If anything here conflicts with them, the official rules control for the contest. Passports, stamps, Crew Credits, Guest Passes, roles, Studio Calls, sparks, crew calls, roll calls, features and invite counts are community recognition. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are never considered in judging. Any physical PUNX Passport we sell is an optional collectible with its own terms of sale, and buying one never affects the contest.
9. Other services
The site links to and the server runs on services we don't control, including Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. PUNX ARMY is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any of them.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on punxarmy.com or in our server infringes your copyright, email booking@punxarmy.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include: the work you own, where the infringing material is (a link), your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove material that infringes and may remove repeat infringers.
11. Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to get through the initiation, enter the contest and join the room. The site is built to work with screen readers, keyboards and phone screens of every size, sound never plays unless you turn it on, and the contest form works without the initiation. If anything gets in your way, email us and tell us what happened; we will fix it or help you another way, including entering the contest by email.
12. The legal part
PUNX ARMY is offered "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything members do to each other. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited. You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us arises from content you posted or from you breaking these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], and disputes go to the state or federal courts there, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If one part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as PUNX ARMY grows. We will change the date at the top and, for changes that matter, post in the Discord #announcements channel first. Using PUNX ARMY after a change means you accept it. Questions: [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], [SPONSOR MAILING ADDRESS], booking@punxarmy.com.
